Macy Valdes

Price Pelletier, LLP

Macy Valdes is a civil litigation associate at Price Pelletier focusing primarily on transportation law. Her work encompasses all aspects of case management, including all stages of discovery, motion work, case analysis, mediation, arbitration, and trial. She has been successful in obtaining favorable results for her clients through dispositive motions, mediations, and arbitrations while implementing cost-effective strategies for resolution. Ms. Valdes is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California as well as the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Prior to joining Price Pelletier, Ms. Valdes was an associate at Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin where she represented large corporate clients against premises liability, product liability, and personal injury. There, Ms. Valdes handled matters from inception to resolution which allowed her to develop a unique perspective in overall case handling and strategy.

Ms. Valdes obtained her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating cum laude. While in law school, Ms. Valdes was a judicial extern for the Hon. Judge Wohlfeil at the San Diego Superior Courthouse. Ms. Valdes chaired the Thomas Jefferson Moot Court Program, and was a member of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and Student Bar Association. Ms. Valdes also had the opportunity to study abroad in China where she took courses at Zhejiang University Guanghua Law School, one of China’s most prestigious law schools.

When not in the office, Ms. Valdes enjoys traveling, rooting for the LA Lakers and UCLA Bruins, as well as spending time with her friends and family.
