Experienced trial lawyer Stephen Pelletier recently formed Price Pelletier, LLP with longtime colleague and fellow litigator, Virginia Price.

Concentrating his practice on business and tort defense litigation, he represents a diversity of high-profile clients, from international real estate firms to national retail chains.

Handling cases in state and federal courts, he has extensive experience in all aspects of complex real estate litigation, including commercial lease litigation, shopping center and complex land development law, environmental, business, construction and general liability issues. As needed, Mr. Pelletier prepares each case to effectively represent clients through trial.

His practice also focuses on representing corporate and individual clients in catastrophic injury matters, ranging from general negligence to complex product liability disputes for a range of clients, including distributors and dealers. Successfully defending major manufacturers, he has handled disputes involving a wide range of complex products, among them auto airbag deployment systems and transmission defect matters. Additionally, he has been involved with medical product liability matters ranging from medical catheters to veterinarian medical devices.

With a reputation as a highly skilled litigator, he forcefully defends clients when disputes are unavoidable. Yet his extensive litigation background enables him to play a critical advisory role for his clients, helping them resolve issues to avoid situations and minimize risks that could lead to costly litigation.

A native of Southern California, he was previously a partner with Higgs Fletcher Mack, LLP.
