Price Pelletier associate John W. Nielsen is a civil litigation attorney focusing primarily on business litigation and transportation, including all aspects of discovery, motion work, case analysis and trial and arbitration preparation. Time and again he exceeds his clients’ expectations in his ability to build enduring relationships and achieve optimum results.

Previously, Mr. Nielsen spent four years as an associate at Higgs Fletcher Mack. Prior to that, he was a medical malpractice attorney for Hegeler & Anderson, APC and Greer & Associates, APC where he defended malpractice cases throughout Southern California and assisted physicians with California Medical Board investigations.

A member of the football team as well as the All-Big 12 Academic Team while an undergraduate student at the University of Kansas, he sits on the board of the San Diego Chapter of the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame – an organization focused on promoting and recognizing amateur San Diego County football players who are excellent students and actively participate in community service.

A fourth-generation San Diegan, he resides in Del Cerro with his wife and two children.
