Cristal Hernandez-Moreno
Cristal Hernandez-Moreno is a civil litigation defense attorney at Price Pelletier, LLP, specializing in transportation and general liability defense. Her primary focus is catastrophic personal injury defense. She has experience representing clients through all states of litigation, including investigation, discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. Her commitment to the transportation industry is deeply personal, inspired by her father’s long career behind the wheel as a long-haul truck driver. Cristal brings deep respect for the individuals who transport and supply goods to communities.
During law school, Cristal served as an Associate Editor on the International Law Journal, authored “Carbon Monoxide Detectors: A $30 Device That Could Save Lives in Mexico,” and was a finalist in the Bobbie Thyfault Appellate Moot Court Competition. She also externed for the San Diego City Attorney’s Office, Civil Division, assisting in advising government agencies and the City Council, and with the Honorable Michael S. Berg, where she gained behind-the-scenes insight into the judicial process while observing Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE) and other settlement conferences.
