Black and white portrait of Sam Baxter

“Cause justice is the one thing you should always find
You got to saddle up your boys, you got to draw a hard line.” – Toby Keith

Samuel S. Baxter’s legal practice encompasses personal injury, business litigation, medical malpractice and products liability litigation.

His experience includes mass tort and products liability, personal injury, general business litigation, trademark and unfair competition litigation and bankruptcy. He played a key role in coordinating the successful defense of a dietary supplemental manufacturer and its officers in hundreds of product liability cases.

Prior to joining Price Pelletier, he was an associate at Higgs Fletcher & Mack. Because of Mr. Baxter’s experience as associate general counsel for Metabolife International, Inc. (a former San Diego-based dietary supplement company), he is able to take an empathetic approach to his clients’ cases. During his time as in-house counsel at Metabolife, he managed high profile litigation projects and coordinated more than 500 lawsuits in over 30 states dealing with personal injuries, product liability, general business litigation, anti-trust and unfair competition and breach of contract.
