The focus of Ms. Low’s practice is on the defense of individuals and business in all phases of civil litigation. She has a wide range of litigation experience, including catastrophic personal injury, professional liability, premises liability, elder abuse, healthcare, public entity, transportation, employment, and business.

She has extensive experience in the development and execution of cost-effective defense strategies, while working closely with her clients to meet their individual needs.

Ms. Low has a track record of success on case-dispositive motions, including summary judgment/adjudication, case-ending demurrers, and Anti-SLAPP motions. She also has significant trial experience.

Prior to joining Price Pelletier, Ms. Low was a partner at Higgs Fletcher and Mack.

Ms. Low graduated from the University of San Diego with honors. Based on her undergraduate performance, Ms. Low was awarded a full academic scholarship to attend California Western School of Law.

She graduated with honors and was admitted to California State Bar in 2005.
