Mr. Cruz focuses on representing the transportation industry throughout California in civil actions related to catastrophic loss. In addition to his work in transportation law, Mr. Cruz has extensive experience in representing health care providers in professional liability matters and various business entities in premises liability and personal injury claims.

Mr. Cruz received his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with distinction from San Diego State University in 1996. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2000 with distinction in trial advocacy.

Aside from practicing law, Mr. Cruz enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, watching his sons play sports and the drums, riding his Harley-Davidson, and watching baseball, boxing and anything directed by Martin Scorsese or Quentin Tarantino.
