AIMEE E. CAIN

Aimee E. Cain

A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Ms. Cain moved west to attend the University of California, Los Angeles where she earned her bachelor’s degree in 1993 and later went on to earn her juris doctorate from Loyola Law School in 1997. Shortly thereafter, she was admitted to practice law in both California and New York. Ms. Cain practiced various fields of law in New York City from 1998 until 2004, at which time, she was admitted to practice law in North Carolina. Ms. Cain went on to open her own private practice, which flourished for 15 years.

Ms. Cain has been a litigator for over 25 years in diverse fields of law, including personal injury, construction law and family law. As a Certified Mediator, she has also resolved many cases outside of the courtroom by way of mediation, arbitration and collaborative law.

Ms. Cain joined the firm Price Pelletier, LLP in January of 2026.
