Tim Hanna is a member of the Transportation Group and focuses his practice on producing extraordinary results for his clients in the field of catastrophic personal injury defense.

Prior to joining Price Pelletier, LLP, Mr. Hanna handled hundreds of matters from inception to resolution as he defended consumer warranty matters for some of the nation’s leading automobile manufacturers. He also has extensive experience defending those corporate clients in complex, multi-party actions on both the federal and state level in multi-district litigation and judicial counsel coordinated proceedings. Additionally, he has a broad range of civil defense litigation experience in other areas, ranging from real property disputes to medical device defects to estate litigation. Mr. Hanna utilizes this varied experience to readily identify the strengths and weaknesses of a case early and advocate effectively for his clients in every aspect of the litigation, from discovery to motion work to case analysis and trial and arbitration preparation.

Mr. Hanna previously spent several years in the public policy arena, as both a member of a local Congressional representative’s legislative office and on various political campaigns in the San Diego region. His dedication to service is readily apparent in both his accessibility to his clients and in his commitment to offering candid and thorough options and strategies for achieving the most cost-effective resolution.
