Price Pelletier associate Ryan Nohea Garcia is a civil litigation attorney on the Firm’s transportation defense team. He has a broad business background with both operational and legal roles in highly regulated industries. He has also been a customer of several of Price Pelletier’s long haul transportation clients and knows firsthand the critical role they play in supporting small businesses and keeping our economy moving. As such, he takes special pride in defending transportation companies and their drivers.

Mr. Garcia graduated from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa, Schidler College of Business, and California Western School of Law where he was an associate editor of the Law Review. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 2011.

Originally from Hawai’i, he resides in San Diego with his wife and two children. Outside of law and business, Mr. Garcia is passionate about accelerating early childhood literacy. He is the creator of The Second Verse to the ABCs, a song book project dedicated to ending the reading gap.
